  At AlgoSecure, it is said that "a consultant who does not train, deforms himself". 10 days are dedicated to training or internal projects (Thinking Days) per employee per year. We regularly organise Retours d'Expérience (RETEX), exchanging best practices or difficulties encountered during projects. We are also very involved in clubs, networks and events, always with a view to sharing and exchanging our knowledge.

  The cyber playground is huge! At AlgoSecure, we do not limit a cybersecurity consultant to a specific mission. The cybersecurity consultant is autonomous and works on a variety of projects in pairs.
  We encourage the development of skills, certification and qualification of our employees (OSEP, OSCP, PASSI, Lead Implementer, etc.).
